For Fleet Owners & Dispatchers

How do I add my team (Drivers, Dispatchers, or Owner Admins) to Trukren?+
Managing your team is simple. Once your Owner Admin profile is active, go to the Users section and click "Add New User." You can enter their details and select their specific role (Driver, Dispatcher, or Owner Admin). The system will automatically send them an invitation email to confirm their account, set a password, and download the app.
Can I manage my trucks and equipment separately from my drivers?+
Yes. Trukren treats your fleet and your staff as independent assets. You can onboard all your trucks and specialized equipment first, and then assign any available driver to a specific vehicle only when you are creating a new order.
How do I change a truck or driver on an active order?+
Real-world logistics require flexibility. If a truck breaks down or a driver needs to swap, the Owner Admin or Dispatcher can modify the "Active Order" details directly in the app. The driver will receive an instant notification of the update.
Can a driver or truck be on multiple jobs at once?+
You can schedule a driver for multiple upcoming orders to plan your week. However, the system prevents double-tasking — a driver or truck cannot be marked as "Active" on more than one delivery at the exact same time.
Can I forward or subcontract orders to other carriers on Trukren?+
Yes. Carriers can build their own Trusted Carrier Network directly in Trukren — adding other carrier companies they work with. Once connected, you can forward orders to them or create orders on their behalf. Your margin stays private; the subcontracted carrier only sees the flat rate you set for them.

For Shippers

How do I get started as a shipper on Trukren?+
Sign up for a Shipper account and your profile is active immediately — no approval wait. To start posting orders, add a carrier to your trusted list. This keeps your network vetted and ensures you only work with carriers you know and trust.
Can I see who is fulfilling my order?+
Yes. You can always see the carrier company and the assigned driver handling your delivery. If a carrier uses a subcontractor to fulfill the job, you will see the fulfilling company and driver — full transparency on who is on the road.
How does carrier pricing work?+
Carriers set their own rate sheets — hourly rates, minimum hours, fuel surcharges, and equipment types. You browse and select from your trusted carriers based on their published rates. No negotiation, no back-and-forth.

For Drivers

When is my GPS location being tracked?+
Your privacy is a priority. Trukren only tracks your location while you are performing an Active Order. Once you mark a delivery as complete, or if you are off-duty, all location sharing stops immediately.
How do I get my login credentials?+
You cannot sign up as a Driver independently. Your Company Owner Admin must invite you. Check your inbox for a "Trukren Invite" email, click the secure link to set your password, and then log in to the mobile app.
What if I need to switch to a different truck?+
Truck assignments are fixed to the order by your dispatcher. If you need to switch vehicles, simply message your dispatcher through the in-app chat, and they can update the order details on their end.

Is there a web version for my office computer?+
Trukren is currently a "Mobile-First" platform optimized for iOS and Android. Our powerful Web Dashboard for desktop management is currently in development and will be available to all early adopters soon.
